My good friend Stephanie came up from Fresno for a long weekend! We shopped till we dropped, ate yummy food, drank bubbly wine, and watched Dirty Dancing (the movie!) at the Bagdhad (on 35 mm film, no less). This pic pretty much sums up our whole weekend!
Ended the summer with camping at Fort Stevens State Park with the Cibolski's. I love this 'raspberry' action shot.
Three hour bike ride around the park, to the ocean, and through the old battlements. Clark was a trooper!

Clark decided to rearrange the rocks while we cleaned up camp. What a good boy!
Whew! The Porter B&B is closed for the season and normal posts should return soon. Thanks everyone for the best summer!

Wow! I knew about your busy summer but it is quite a lot when you see it all at once! What good sports you are to entertain us all, I know you wouldn't have it any other way.

How fun! I think I should like to come visit and have an elephant ear! It looks yummy! vIll wait til next summer ;) Also, I didnt even notice that the laughing girls weekend picture includes monkey on the table. If you stretch your imagination it looks like youre talking to him too! (or laughing at him!) Its nice to know that he ets out and about!
